Another week, another set of bodies to add to the pile. Two lured in by The Lady's machinations, and another two done in by misfortune; six of your number are dead already. Who knows who it will be the next time? And for what reason? Nevertheless, there’s no choice but to keep pushing on in your own way; whether that means barricading yourself inside your room for the rest of your stay, leaving artwork of your fellow Survivors around the housing area, or eating all the raw meat in the vicinity… well, everyone deals with things differently.

Either way, you understand the drill by now, yes? Another portion of the city reveals itself as the fog retreats yet again, lampposts lighting the way to the new areas as usual. The full moon wanes to half this week too, so make the most of it.

[ Rean could be seen in the new opera house kitchen in the early part of the morning, reveling in the new ingredients on display. But, he's not about to go nuts with them here. He's soon making omelets (no cheese though please don't ask him to make one with cheese in them...), bacon, and waffles today.

There's going to be a short period of time right after where he's making a go at making a few sweets, going at it with a baking mat. It seemed to entirely some candy, and he was trying to make a particular shape out of it. It's pulled-candy—definitely not going to be something he's handing out eagerly in the morning, though.

Once done, Rean could be also seen bringing some of that breakfast food into the dining hall in the clergy housing with quite a few plates, because he wasn't about to assume everyone was going to flock there. ]

Towards the middle of the afternoon, however, Rean will be meeting up with Dist, having his materials ready. They will head over to the subway, to begin their investigation. Though, before he stepped through, he will check with his current attendee. ]

Are you ready, Dist?

[ He had a feeling he would find Rean there. Heading into the kitchen and spotting the bacon there on a plate.

Just going to move in close to the cook to place a hand on his lower back. ]

What's for breakfast today?

[ Just going to try to swipe a piece of bacon while he's distracted ]

[ In the afternoon, Dazai will in Hotel. He's going to be checking out the check out desk. Is there any keys or anything there? Any hotel keys?

Next he's checking out the lounge area to check the seats. Patting them down to see if anything useful has slipped between the cushions. Also what kind of locks are on the doors to the pool, spa, and food area?

After dinner, Dazai can be found in the Jazz Bar. He's standing behind the bar, mixing a drink. ]

What kind of drink are you feeling tonight?

[ Asking that of anyone who enters. Hello, he will be your bar tender for the night.

After he's done messing around, he will grab a bottle of top shelf vodka for himself and have a seat. There's three glasses in front of him as he waits for a certain someone. ]

[Iago's been keeping to himself since the trial, but whatever mood he's in seems to have lifted by the time Monday rolls around. As usual, he's up bright and early to get started on today's activities. Up first is seeing what new locations have been opened... aaaaand none of them are anything he cares about, great!!

You can definitely catch him in the jazz bar, however. He's in here studying the selection of drinks, picking up things he doesn't recognize and setting aside things he seems to like. He's not going to be sampling anything, but he absolutely will take several bottles if he's not stopped because Iago has learned nothing from last week and looting is still perfectly acceptable.

Anyway, later on Iago will head to the science museum. He's avoiding the aquarium entirely, but you can find him just about anywhere else in the museum jotting down notes in a notebook. Sometimes he seems spaced out entirely, barely paying attention at all to whatever exhibit he's looking at, but other times he seems intensely focused on... whatever it is that has him so captivated today. It's probably the fossils, he's really interested in the fossils.

Of course, there's still the matter of investigating the lab, and Iago's hopefully learned enough about everything in there by now to prove useful. He's going to get started by looking for any notes previous researchers might have kept.]

[ He'll pick up what Iago is setting aside for himself to look it over. ]

Might as well. Considering how things have been going lately, I'm sure most of us need a drink or two.

[or like. six??? look it's fine, he'll narrow down his choices from here, but there are so many bottles being set aside right now.]

[Iago figured this would be less busy this morning, but hey, Rean's here! Which means free food, hell yeah.]

[Tracking down Ulquiorra doesn’t take long — Zangetsu knows his usual haunts by now. The rain has cleared up in favor of strong winds and that’s enough for the sword spirit to head out into the city. But before checking out the new additions, he has other plans. With his night vision goggles in tow, he skirts around the edge of town]

We’ll just follow along the fog until we find a dark building.

[after his lizard ventures, it’s time to check out the new stuff. The hotel is interesting, but mostly locked up. Something to mess with later, maybe. But the club is open and…

Zangetsu can be found lazing about the club with an acoustic guitar and his fingers clad in icy claws, plucking tunelessly for the time being]

Look, there's liquor and a jukebox, it's close enough. He's claiming it.

Anyway, let's take a look around here before the place gets ransacked. Going to start off looking behind the bar before anyone can come in and ask him to make them something. Any notes or anything back here? ]

There's a computer that doesn't work, a machine for debit and credit cards...is this one of those hotel bells? Yes it is.

Pinned to the wall there's a corkboard, and there indeed are keys in here, lots and lots of keys, maybe up to more than a hundred. Each one is labelled with a room number. There's a few other keys that are labeled for areas like maintenance closets, hallways, even a few amenities that are on the upper floors. Unfortunately, those areas are inaccessible, so they're pretty useless.

How curious, though...the keys for the facilities on the ground floor -- the ones you'd feasibly be able to use -- are gone. Huh, how about that.]

There are a few notes in ledgers and drawers, but they seem to talk about the museum exhibitions. All of these notes are written in pristine white paper, a few are printed pages. All of them have names -- none of them being familiar, all of them very clearly Polish names.

Still, this can't be all there's to find, can it?]

[Maybe the first thing to notice is that none of the booze around here gets even close to the quality of the whisky from two weeks ago. How about that.]
