WEEK 3
WEEK 3
Another week, another set of bodies to add to the pile. Two lured in by The Lady's machinations, and another two done in by misfortune; six of your number are dead already. Who knows who it will be the next time? And for what reason? Nevertheless, there’s no choice but to keep pushing on in your own way; whether that means barricading yourself inside your room for the rest of your stay, leaving artwork of your fellow Survivors around the housing area, or eating all the raw meat in the vicinity… well, everyone deals with things differently.
Either way, you understand the drill by now, yes? Another portion of the city reveals itself as the fog retreats yet again, lampposts lighting the way to the new areas as usual. The full moon wanes to half this week too, so make the most of it.
[[Welcome to Week 3! Note that new areas have been added, and can be found under the Week 3 tab on our Locations page. Once again, feel free to make top levels at your discretion, and remember to note it in your header if you plan on investigating any locations. You can also privately contact The Lady or Rembrandt.]]

With all of... that out of the way, I guess it's time to get back on topic. I wish I could say I learned something substantial, but I've only got one thing to share this time around.
Somehow, Rembrandt can see our memories. I'm not sure how it all works, and who knows if it was all just a trick, but he asked me about my past. When I wouldn't tell him, he decided to learn more about it on his own.

How did he do it?

[ So maybe legit?? Shrug?? ] I did ask if he had something back there he reading off of—which made him open up his side of the confessional. There wasn't anything there that I could see, but it isn't like I searched the place.

[ That dirty cheat! But it isn't like getting mad now will help anything. Best to focus on what they can do now rather than how much Rembrandt sucks. ]
At least that's one mystery solved. Thanks for speaking up.

[ No part of this plan is bad. Except for the parts that are. ]
Well, okay. More the first part than the second. I doubt he'll be as forthcoming about anything else.

If that's true, then we won't be able to touch them with any other powers.

[ Also that just seems like kind of a weird power if it's not just part of a larger omniscience, but. Beside the point. ]
I'm not saying I don't think it's possible, but that wasn't exactly something I'd considered strongly before.
[ So, you know, if either you or Dazai did exist in some kind of fractured dimension... He doesn't think there would be any divergence catalysts for a Chromatus power to destroy in whatever universe they're from anyway, but who the fuck knows, really. ]
