WEEK 3
WEEK 3
Another week, another set of bodies to add to the pile. Two lured in by The Lady's machinations, and another two done in by misfortune; six of your number are dead already. Who knows who it will be the next time? And for what reason? Nevertheless, there’s no choice but to keep pushing on in your own way; whether that means barricading yourself inside your room for the rest of your stay, leaving artwork of your fellow Survivors around the housing area, or eating all the raw meat in the vicinity… well, everyone deals with things differently.
Either way, you understand the drill by now, yes? Another portion of the city reveals itself as the fog retreats yet again, lampposts lighting the way to the new areas as usual. The full moon wanes to half this week too, so make the most of it.
[[Welcome to Week 3! Note that new areas have been added, and can be found under the Week 3 tab on our Locations page. Once again, feel free to make top levels at your discretion, and remember to note it in your header if you plan on investigating any locations. You can also privately contact The Lady or Rembrandt.]]

With all of... that out of the way, I guess it's time to get back on topic. I wish I could say I learned something substantial, but I've only got one thing to share this time around.
Somehow, Rembrandt can see our memories. I'm not sure how it all works, and who knows if it was all just a trick, but he asked me about my past. When I wouldn't tell him, he decided to learn more about it on his own.

How did he do it?

Are we going to do this seriously now, or are we in for more stupid surprises?

He'll take in that information as he watched the other two speak. ]
I didn't have a chance to really look at her book, but I did have a chance to speak with her as well. She seemed really satisfied with how things were going...and she seemed sure she would be leaving sometime soon.

Oh, Ulquiorra was there too.
Second thing; at this week's trial, I'm takin the hint box hit. These things seem to be like Hollows, and I already am one. I can handle it better than the rest of ya.

Speaking of which, I spoke to Rembrandt at the beginning of this week, and he confirmed that the reason those native inhabitants have the appearance they do now is because of the same thing that happened to 'us', happened to them.

I discovered a few interesting things when I examined the lab in the museum. Considering what a disaster this meeting has been already, I'm pleased I didn't bring one of them here.
[He also didn't bring it because it's gross and he doesn't want to touch it, but that's not important!!]
There were no notes about any experiments to be found in the lab, which strikes me as strange. All the notes were about the exhibits within the museum, though I didn't learn anything particularly interesting from them. I did find this, however.
[It's a formerly-crumpled up note with the Lady's handwriting on it! It reads: They're all so lucky it didn't work.]
It looks as though some of the equipment within the lab was used fairly recently. Not long before we awoke here, if I had to guess. ["Within the last month" were the exact words.] There were pieces of dark blue-gray resin found on the projector and near the fume hood.
That resin comes from where specimens are displayed and I found a particularly disgusting one hidden behind the others. The ones in the back were bugs of some kind, with the largest being something entirely unnatural. While I'm certainly no expert on bugs, it looked horrific, like something that couldn't exist normally in nature.
It should still be there, if you want to go see it for yourself. I'm never looking at it again, however.
[IT WAS SO GROSS.........]
