SECOND TRIAL
Trial II
From what you can see, all the lights in the opera house are turned on. Only when you enter and see the open doors that lead into the main theater, you can see that room's lights are currently turned off. It's very dark in there.
Like before, Rembrandt escorts everybody to the stage. In the dark you still can see the many blue-eyed things you may be getting used to. They're still very scared of Rembrandt, staying as far away from the assistant as possible. The stage is illuminated by the spotlights, the only light in this theater.
The Lady and Rembrandt are at their balcony. She stands up, addressing the group:
"This time we don't need any introductions, do we? Let's make this an interesting trial, just like last week. Give me a name! Who is the killer this time?"
Short and sweet. Will the Lady give you that offer later? Only time will tell.
Let the trial for the death of Lysithea von Ordelia begin.

While checking out the Opera House, I found fishy water trails leading to the dressing room.

As I was looking over Lysithea's body in the Aquarium, I took the knife out in her back, which seemed to be bloody and a knife from McDonald's. I also noticed that there wasn't much of a bloodstain in her clothing, so I began to try to search for any more wounds, or if the one in her back had been fatal.
I discovered that the wound in her back was specifically in her upper back, between her shoulders, but not through her spine.
The cause of death seems to be by her drowning, as she let out a discharge from her nose and mouth when I had been turning her over.

While he's doing...whatever that is, let's consider focusing on the case.
Lysithea presumably went to the aquarium to test something, given the notebook we found. The details of what happened are still blurry, but we know that the fish looked detonated. There were also bloody, bullet-like holes in the wall that were probably made with the Sanguis ability. The blood also tasted burnt and ashy, and it was also fish blood according to our resident Blue Eyes Hunter over there.

Lysithea was wounded in her upper back, between her shoulders but not through her spine. She also seemed to have died from drowning.
There was a trail that lead to an open window on the side of the museum. There was a patch of flattened grass directly outside of it, as well as a skid mark that was less than a foot long.
Finally, there was another trail that lead to the dressing room, where a wet costume was found.

Alibis
The so-called autopsy report stated the time of death as being around 7am. The body was found less than half an hour after. The killer would have only had around 30 minutes to escape the scene.
Thus, I'd like to know where everyone was in the timeframe from 6am to 7:30am.
For myself, I ate breakfast in the housing kitchen at 7 and moved to investigate as soon as I caught wind of the events.

We found this piece of evidence in Krakow's sewer system, not too far from a grate near this building we're in right now. Believe me, nobody down there will enjoy the contents any more than we did when we picked it up.
[When someone opens the box, the reason why is obvious. A stench emerges, the contents of this box having been in the sewer. The objects inside are soaked, smelly, and made of fabric.
It's clothing. Clothing that still is stained with blood, judging by the color. The clothing is intact, and is a shirt and a jacket, both plain and unassuming. All the clothing is black]

EXECUTION
'Damn you, Zero'.
The Lady looked down from the balcony, an unpleasant smirk on her face. "Ah, he has accepted his fate. How quaint!" Turning her head towards Rembrandt, "Since I handled the last one you should deal with this."
"Of course, my Lady."
"Oh, and Rembrandt? Be careful with this one," she ordered. Rembrandt bowed, knowing what she meant. Stepping back, he exited the balcony, appearing at the stage almost immediately afterwards.
The man took off his glasses and put it in his pocket, strolling purposefully towards Suzaku. In his hand was a lance, grip and posture confident enough that even those without any knowledge of the weapon could see that Rembrandt knew what he was doing -- his stance and movements were absolutely perfect. His stare never wavered from Suzaku, as he approached calmly and prepared for his task. There was no doubt about Rembrandt's intentions: he was coming to kill him.
That was enough. What was once a resigned expression morphed into a determined scowl as a glimmer of red ringed his eyes and he moved into a fighting stance. Whatever softness he may have had in his face previously was quickly wiped away by the echo of that one command that was engrained in his mind:
"Live."
The stage was long enough to accommodate the duel. On one end, there was Rembrandt with his lance, and on the other, was Suzaku and a pair of manifested blades. There was no way to escape Rembrandt, no way to exit, and no way he would be allowed to get away with any of this. The false hellfire in the backdrop matched this situation well.
Retreating backwards one step, Suzaku raised a hand, throwing the blades forward with a practiced hand and their aim was true, streaking towards Rembrandt's face. And yet, the man's expression barely changed as he faced the incoming blades with amazing calm, dashing forwards for a strike.
The calm continued even when the blades struck him. Two, three blades hit him right in the chest, burying halfway in and forcing rivulets of blood out his mouth. Undaunted by the wounds, he even quickened his pace, the lance held firmly and aimed straight at Suzaku. It was only matter of seconds before that lance reached him, and Rembrandt's inexorable pace continued, lance never wavering. Suzaku was cornered.
Or at least that's what he had expected everyone watching would think. Turning around and running at the wall behind him, he jumps and kicks off the wall with enough force to propel himself above Rembrandt, towards the center of the stage. Spinning in the air and poised to land gracefully, his foot makes contact with the wooden stage -- and crumples.
Before he even has time to hit the ground, it's over. Looking down, he saw an inch of the lance, protruding from his chest.
And that's the end.
Rembrandt extracts the lance, letting Suzaku's body tumble to the floor. With an indifferent gesture, Rembrandt wiped the blood off his lips with a gloved hand, glancing up at the Lady. She had narrowed her eyes, thoughtful. Unsure if she should be concerned about Rembrandt's wounds? That expression of hers didn't last long, as the pensive expression turned into pride.
"Trial is over, get out of here! Everyone except you, Seteth -- you and I have an agreement, dear," ordered the Lady. There was nothing to do but obey, leaving the Lady, Rembrandt, Seteth, and Suzaku's corpse in the opera house.
Suzaku Kururugi is dead.
