WEEK 2

The first week is over, and two of your number are gone. Everything related to the case has been cleaned up, with nary a knife left at the Main Square nor a trace of the mud shapes that once painted the clock tower walls, although some stray graffiti still dots some storefronts.

However you may feel about the entire debacle on Friday, there’s no doubt that something has changed about the atmosphere, although whether it’s something tangible or just a trick of the mind is hard to say. Maybe it’s nothing. Either way, there are more palpable changes to the city, with some of the fog retreating away from a few of the surrounding areas, uncovering new buildings and streets along the way. The night, however, remains unchanged as always save for the slow waxing of the moon, leaving it bright and full as early as Thursday night. Regardless of if you take it as an omen or not, at least that means the streets will be lit up fairly well for the week, provided some inconvenient cloud cover doesn’t slide right in.

[ He's going to be checking over the Museum. Firstly, what kind of lock does the door to the lab have? Next, he's going to systematically start pulling off the sheets from the exhibits, starting from the ice age.

Later on, he can be found in McDonalds. He's inside of the ball pit, sipping soup from the milk bar. ]

It seems pretty mean to find a burger place without any power, huh?

[ Also hopefully there isn't anything in the ball pit. ]

[ Poking around in here, this place is pretty weird even by Pizza's standards. ]

Can't you just use fire?

[Iago's back in his regular outfit on Monday, though he's obviously added some extra layers swiped from the backstage of the opera house in order to keep warm. He's even got an extra (entirely-too-fancy) jacket on, plus the capes?? Look, it's not exactly ideal but he wants to be warm while he's exploring. The biggest change is definitely his hair, which now looks absolutely fantastic! It looks like someone has finally helped him get his stupid hair under control, bless them.

Anyway, the new areas are definitely where his attention is going to be today - for most of the day he'll be in the science museum, examining every little thing in awe. There isn't anything like this in Nohr?? This is so cool. He's primarily interested in the museum portion, but you can definitely catch him in the aquarium staring at the fish. Either way, he's taking notes and absolutely fascinated by everything here.

Of course, while he's here, he might as well investigate! His primary focus initially is on the museum side - but first he's interested in looking for any doors besides the locked one - is there some way to actually get back into those exhibits?

The art studio is where you can find him later on, picking up some notebooks and inks and... actually, he's just going to swipe a bunch of stuff, come loot with him!! Or tell him to stop looting. If you're stopping by, Iago will eventually greet you.]

This place is a wreck. You'd think our hosts would clean up a bit...

[Oh look, someone else is in the science museum too! And while he's definitely there looking for useful stuff, he will stop in his own investigations once he sees what Iago is up to.]

[ With the ball pit, it would be a place to find Pizza or pizza. ]

We could~ That seems like a lot of work. [ Wiggling in the ball pit to get to the edge. He might have made a mistake with sipping soup in here of all places. ]

[ He's going to grab some notebooks as well and any charcoal that may be there. ]

Could you see Lady cleaning up for anyone>

[Yeah, he'll just stare at the sheets. He's not even going to stop Dazai, he's just like 'why'.]

Searching for more bandages?

Maybe~ You know, they might have chemicals for cleaning artifacts in there! Could be poisonous.

They use water to clean a lot of this, and water isn't poisonous.

[The other stuff probably is poisonous, but shhh.]

[ This ball pit is not a pool! At least right now, anyway. ]

Why? What are you going to do? [ He at least comes closer, but he isn't holding out his hand yet. ]

[ Wow, squish his dreams. ]

I'm sure there will be something useful then.

[ If he means useful for himself or useful for others, who knows...]

[ There is an art studio available.

Guess where the artist will be exploring today. Specifically, poking through the debris for anything interesting.

When he's done with that, he's going to actually use the art studio for its intended purpose. Sure, his preferred medium is functional sculptures, but maybe people might be happier if he starts drawing portraits of the deceased on some of the canvasses.

Of course, he can't be there forever, so of course he goes exploring and ends up at... A science museum with a functional aquarium. He can't help but look up at the happy little fish in their tanks. A pleasant enough sight, except for one problem. ]

... Who's feeding these fish?

I can't get out without spilling it.

[ The balls are betraying him. ]

[ It's a good thing he already swiped a notebook from the bookstore last week, but he disapproves of your wanton looting. Especially since he was planning to use this studio himself. ]

I'm sure the owner would have called it organized chaos. Now would you mind not being so greedy?

[ Yep, this is modern day Poland. Complete with McDonald's, one of the international constants in the modern age.
