From what you can see, all the lights in the opera house are turned on. Only when you enter and see the open doors that lead into the main theater, you can see that room's lights are currently turned off. It's very dark in there.

Like before, Rembrandt escorts everybody to the stage. In the dark you still can see the many blue-eyed things you may be getting used to. They're still very scared of Rembrandt, staying as far away from the assistant as possible. The stage is illuminated by the spotlights, the only light in this theater.

The Lady and Rembrandt are at their balcony. She stands up, addressing the group:

"After the fiasco somebody I won't name caused yesterday, I'm glad to see someone else had the courage to do what was needed. This time it's a valid murder. To the culprit: I wish you good luck, darling. Let's see you get away with this murder."

Someone seems to be pleased, unfortunately. Anything that makes the Lady pleased can't be good, can it?

Let the trial for the death of Olivert Reise Arnor and Sirius begin.

I feel confident in presenting a new possibility: the presence of a Klados replica.

We know that Sirius was a rather tall person, but he had injuries on both his back and front. Plus, no one would have been able to bring him easily by their lonesome into the freezer.

So it fits.

How does paint relate to our power?

I did not consider calling it paint when I experimented with one of my replicas, but I do see how it could be seen as such.

Have you not tested your replica's limits, Mikami?

No. I've summoned it exactly twice. Once for the sake of proving my power in trial and then last night when I was guarding Zangetsu.

I see. Then you wouldn't know that if injured, a replica melts on the spot.

Honestly, I've wondered just how many of my fellow Klados users might be taken by surprise in regard to this little caveat.

Well, that does make a lot more sense than there being paint. Is the color dependent on the user?

While I cannot speak for everyone with Klados, it did in my case. The pile of sludge left behind by my replica contained colors that one might associate with me.

[Pinks, blacks, whites...a Dist-colored puddle.]

I could offer a demonstration, but I have no desire to clean up the ensuing mess.

When yours melted, what color was it?

A mixture of colors that reflect my appearance- what I was wearing at the time, and so on.

Do the colors of the melted... whatever reflect the major colors present on the double, or is there not a connection?

In the case of my replica, it was exactly as you say. One might draw a connection with me based on the colors left behind.
