WEEK 3
WEEK 3
Another week, another set of bodies to add to the pile. Two lured in by The Lady's machinations, and another two done in by misfortune; six of your number are dead already. Who knows who it will be the next time? And for what reason? Nevertheless, there’s no choice but to keep pushing on in your own way; whether that means barricading yourself inside your room for the rest of your stay, leaving artwork of your fellow Survivors around the housing area, or eating all the raw meat in the vicinity… well, everyone deals with things differently.
Either way, you understand the drill by now, yes? Another portion of the city reveals itself as the fog retreats yet again, lampposts lighting the way to the new areas as usual. The full moon wanes to half this week too, so make the most of it.
[[Welcome to Week 3! Note that new areas have been added, and can be found under the Week 3 tab on our Locations page. Once again, feel free to make top levels at your discretion, and remember to note it in your header if you plan on investigating any locations. You can also privately contact The Lady or Rembrandt.]]

True, assumptions might not let us see clearly later, if we get too stuck in one view. That can happen sometimes when diagnosing illnesses too.

[ That whole diagnosing illnesses. ]
Your profile did seem to define you as an Apothecary.
[ So he was a little curious... ]

Is that also why you became one?

Alfyn...I'm happy to know that things turned out well for you in a situation like that. And that you decided to embrace what you're doing now.
I'm sure that whoever you've helped so far would say and think the same.

You're profile sounds like you've been through a lot yourself.
[The question is unvoiced but there. War, combat training, regaining someone lost...? Rean must have been through quite a bit.]

[ He doubted he was wrong in that assessment too, based on what Alfyn had told him. ]
...It definitely hasn't been a walk in the park, yeah. Though, I'd say a lot of that helped shape who I am today.
[ Yeah it's...really a lot. A whole lot. ]

That must've been hard for you... It's made you into an admirable guy though, I gotta say.

[ THERE...really had been a lot indeed, though at the compliment he looked sheepish. ]
...And that's awfully nice of you to say. But, I'm sure that I probably still have a long way to go to really be considered that.
[ Sometimes he didn't know how to accept a compliment. ]
