WEEK 3
WEEK 3
Another week, another set of bodies to add to the pile. Two lured in by The Lady's machinations, and another two done in by misfortune; six of your number are dead already. Who knows who it will be the next time? And for what reason? Nevertheless, there’s no choice but to keep pushing on in your own way; whether that means barricading yourself inside your room for the rest of your stay, leaving artwork of your fellow Survivors around the housing area, or eating all the raw meat in the vicinity… well, everyone deals with things differently.
Either way, you understand the drill by now, yes? Another portion of the city reveals itself as the fog retreats yet again, lampposts lighting the way to the new areas as usual. The full moon wanes to half this week too, so make the most of it.
[[Welcome to Week 3! Note that new areas have been added, and can be found under the Week 3 tab on our Locations page. Once again, feel free to make top levels at your discretion, and remember to note it in your header if you plan on investigating any locations. You can also privately contact The Lady or Rembrandt.]]

I have been meaning to ask you about that. I do apologize if this isn't a topic you wish to discuss, but during the trial you said you would be fine taking the penalty for accepting the hint because of what you are. Am I correct in guessing that you possess the Dragon's Blood?

[...he wasn't quite expecting someone to just... hit on it. like, maybe he should've, since Iago's world is apparently similar enough that there were still wyverns and wyvern riders... and, you know, classes and whatnot...
m... maybe if he keeps the hunted look out of his eyes, it won't seem like a big deal, right? right. haha. hahaha.]
That is true, yes. I suppose there is not much of a point in hiding it.

In my world, the Dragon Blood is only present in those of Nohrian or Hoshidan royalty. Though it doesn't seem to give them any extended lifespan at all, so it would seem things work differently in your world.
Can you tell me more about what it's like in your world?

[...he can, perhaps, be vague on some angles in terms of explaining the source, but... probably not. Everyone here already knows too much.]
That is essentially how it works currently in my world, though more noble families have the blood in their ancestry. We call them crests, because there are certain symbols associated with different bloodlines, and they confer different abilities on those who bear them. Some crests grant incredible strength, while others grant more potent healing magic.
[...mmmmn.]
Further back in history, bearing a crest would grant an extended lifespan, but those who currently bear them have normal lifespans.

[It's similar, but definitely not exactly the same. Still, the fact that their worlds are at all comparable is noteworthy.]
You have my thanks for the information. It doesn't work quite like that in my world; the Dragon's Blood supposedly once held great power and allowed those with it to transform into dragons, but only one person is capable of that now. For some reason.
[............why is corrin like this, he legit has no idea.]
Otherwise their talents are more or less the same as anyone else's, although they do have the ability to tap into Dragon Veins to alter the landscape.
[Judging from the amount of ??? here, he has no idea how that works either.]

[...hm, how to put it...]
...perversions of dragons, you could say. They become mindless beasts only capable of destruction. They have no real effect on the land, though.

[...it does come with the side effect of making you real susceptible to Evil Dragon Interference, but iago doesn't know about that.]
