The first week is over, and two of your number are gone. Everything related to the case has been cleaned up, with nary a knife left at the Main Square nor a trace of the mud shapes that once painted the clock tower walls, although some stray graffiti still dots some storefronts.

However you may feel about the entire debacle on Friday, there’s no doubt that something has changed about the atmosphere, although whether it’s something tangible or just a trick of the mind is hard to say. Maybe it’s nothing. Either way, there are more palpable changes to the city, with some of the fog retreating away from a few of the surrounding areas, uncovering new buildings and streets along the way. The night, however, remains unchanged as always save for the slow waxing of the moon, leaving it bright and full as early as Thursday night. Regardless of if you take it as an omen or not, at least that means the streets will be lit up fairly well for the week, provided some inconvenient cloud cover doesn’t slide right in.

[...Well! That's certainly not happening today!! Iago is a cautious man who would very much like to keep both his arms and he does not trust this to not slam down, so!

Naturally, he'll do the perfectly sane and normal thing and climb down and then go looking for Pizza. He is not willing to sacrifice his own arm, but apparently he's willing to sacrifice Pizza's!!]

[ And here's Pizza looking like his usual cheery self, not at all apprehensive about shoving his arm in a T-Rex's mouth. ]

All I have to do is grab the shiny thing, right? [ Up the ladder he goes, and thanks to the fact that he's built like spaghetti (the food not the food soul) his long arms should be able to reach what's inside. Hopefully it's something worth possibly losing his arm over? ]

[Good to know you have noodly arms, Pizza. That'll help you retrieve that. This game involves body horror, but some of that body horror doesn't involve getting arms amputated by animatronic dinosaurs, so with some effort Pizza should be able to get his fingers around the object.

Once he takes it out, you both can examine your prize: it's a keycard! Of a silver color and with STAFF written on one side. Neat!]

So after some exploring, how's that door to the lab looking? It's a card-reader, right? Which Iago doesn't know anything about but hey, he can probably figure it out.]

[That's a good idea, Iago. Thankfully, it seems to be a rather simple cardreader, with the word 'STAFF' engraved on the plastic]

[Well, unlike shoving his hand in a dinosaur mouth, this is totally going to be safe and will not at all end terribly, so of course he's ready!! Let's open up that door and see what we've got inside!]
