And the clock ticks down to the end of another week. While the days were no less eventful, the tone set by last Thursday wasn't matched in the same way this time, so perhaps that's a source of relief for some. Looking at it another way though, maybe it was nothing more than the calm before the storm; after all, every Friday has been nothing but bodies upon bodies in some way or another.

So maybe that's why it may be unsurprising to smell something acrid and burnt on the autumn breeze that sweeps through the streets. The bell tolls eight. Time to get investigating.

[There's nothing happening near or at the beanbags! Besides a bunch of sad beans because everything's been burnt oh ho ho. But wandering close enough to where the beanbags are might get him close enough to hear... the sound of water somewhere?]

[Ah! There must be something happening in the bathroom, then. He'll go in there and check!]

[There sure is! Thankfully, it seems that the corridor leading to the washroom got the worst of it and the stalls and sinks themselves aren't really that badly damaged. The only thing that looks out of place is mostly the lone running faucet, really.]

[hm. So either someone was interrupted, perhaps, or they left in a hurry without turning the water off... at least, that's what he takes away from it, anyway.

Is there anything in the sink that the faucet's running in?]

[There is! There's actually a bit of blood on the sides of the sink that look diluted. Nothing else more substantial than that, though.]

[AH, HE SEES. TIME TO NOTE THAT DOWN!!

Anything else in the bathroom? He's going to check the stalls and trash can to see if there's anything there.]

[There's nothing in the stalls or the trash! It's looking pretty clean, honestly, beyond the blood in the sink and maybe the scorching near the door.]

[Alright! Time to leave the bathroom and see if there's anything else in the arcade he's missed. Rideaux is taking care of the body now, so he'll scan the room from a different angle as he exits the bathroom.]

[Well, there is something that looks kind of off near the employee area. For one thing, fuseboxes probably should not show signs of melting.]

He can ask if that's normal. It's probably not, but he should ask to be sure. He'll head over to the employee area and see if there's anything else off besides the fusebox...]

[Well, there's quite bit around the employee area that's actually... pretty fucking damaged and the area around the fusebox is nicely charred, with any plastic nearby having melted pretty badly. With that said, beyond extensive damage, there's nothing else to note about the employee area.]

[Hm, okay! Moving on from there, is there anything outside the employee area that's worth checking out?]

[It's hard to say considering the general mess, but nothing else really stands out much!]
