Last week could probably only be summed up as a mess. Three people died, one was turned to currency and the hotel pool remains in a general state of unusability unless swimming in pulpy mush is someone’s idea of a good time. And that’s not even counting the haunted morse code T-Rex. At least the greenhouse is as relaxing as ever, even if someone seems to have made off with a number of succulents and cacti.

But with the new week comes a new set of locations to explore as the fog retreats to reveal another portion of the city. The half moon wanes to a new moon this week, leaving streets even dimmer this week -- hopefully you have some other portable sources of light available if you plan on straying too far beyond the reach of the lampposts in the new areas.

[ Rean had no interest in drinking, though he had a little plate of food with him. Though, there was an idea for a topic he had been pondering a little bit. ]

I had been a little curious...on your profile it mentioned you had a sister?

I do, yes. Her name is Mimura; she's older than I am, though not by much.

[She is also apparently a good topic of discussion?]

So she's your older sister. Can you tell me what she's like?

[ He figured that there was no harm in asking this question either. ]

Oh, she's horrible.

[He says, with all the affection in the world. His sister is a bitch and he loves her.]

She's a bit of a firebrand, but she's incredibly strong-willed. If she wants something done, she'll find a way to accomplish it, regardless of opposition. She's a bit aggressive for most people's tastes, and I can't say I blame them; she's not the sort that's well-suited for marriage, let's put it that way. Entirely too much to ask her to devote to another person.

[She's gonna be single forever, Rean.]

But I do trust her, personally; she lives with me, I tell her more or less everything.

[ He could paint an image in his head of what she's like, even without knowing her appearance thanks to that description. ]

...She certainly sounds like she has a lot of personality, just by hearing that. At the very least it's nice to hear you two get along well.

[ He wondered vaguely if she and Sara might get along as friends if they ever met. ]

Admittedly, I was mostly curious because I have a sister myself; though she's the younger one in the family.

Oh? And what's she like?

...Haha, well, I'd say Elise is very elegant, intelligent, and she's capable enough that she can hold her own in a dangerous situation.

[ Though of course Rean would prefer she'd never have to because lol protective older brother. ]

She's also kind and reliable, as I know she's made herself someone everyone can rely on at the school she attends. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to be her older brother.
