It's a quiet night as the silence remains unbroken. Without the toll of the clock tower, only a choice few will be able to discern the time as the hands on all four faces remain fixed at 9:27. And yet, even those without any means of checking the time will probably get the picture: it's been four consecutive weeks of death already, so what makes this one any different? So even though the lines between days may blur and tangle together, time still marches on and deadlines continue to draw closer.

The time is ████. Is there a reason to be out in the streets right now? Maybe.

So many possibilities for things that may have happened, for actions for the killer to take, yet there's nothing. Nothing left behind, no bloodstains, no signs someone stood on a place, not even signs something was cleaned.
