Last week could probably only be summed up as a mess. Three people died, one was turned to currency and the hotel pool remains in a general state of unusability unless swimming in pulpy mush is someone’s idea of a good time. And that’s not even counting the haunted morse code T-Rex. At least the greenhouse is as relaxing as ever, even if someone seems to have made off with a number of succulents and cacti.

But with the new week comes a new set of locations to explore as the fog retreats to reveal another portion of the city. The half moon wanes to a new moon this week, leaving streets even dimmer this week -- hopefully you have some other portable sources of light available if you plan on straying too far beyond the reach of the lampposts in the new areas.

I think that's understandable. I'm definitely going to take a sizable amount myself - and I'm sure with this much variety, there'll still be enough left for the others.

I don't know why it would need to be, I just know his is huge.

And aer is... It's just a universal energy, I suppose? It's in everything that's alive, as well as the world itself. It's the energy blastia draw on to function.

[There's a lot of them, for one thing! In contrast with the creepy figures, some of these are actually rather charming with the variety of shapes, colors and messages on display. Some of them are fairly simple, with the names of two people written or carved onto the locks while some are more elaborate, with hearts or other motifs drawn in or dates of something or other. There's one rather large one that stands out among the rest though, with a long blue ribbon tied along its shackle. The lock itself simply reads:
