INVESTIGATION 3
The clock strikes eight. It's a chilly morning, made even frostier by the fierce winds that would assault your body should you decide to step out onto the streets of Krakow. It seems that during the night, some light snow made its way down, blanketing the city in a layer of fluffy white, almost even covering up some of the puddles left by yesterday's destruction. Of course, that's only superficial; the water still remains on the streets as slick, icy sheets uncovered by the howling winds. And in the same way that the frigid winds care little for the tranquility of the snow, yesterday's violent disruption was a strike against the usual Thursday happenings.
Well, a reminder isn't so bad every now and then. After all, it's Friday morning and there's a motive out for the taking. The gusts send up a dusting of fine snow every now and then, but it's not so terrible that it's impossible to take a stroll or search for clues in the half moon's light. So, where to?

Definitely going to investigate it further - what sort of fabric is it, does it seem like something he would have seen before? The clothing at the opera house is...well, it's costumes, he's wearing one himself right now seeing as it's cold and those tend to have fabric quality that's a little on the interesting side. Is it like that, more on the normal end, too little to tell?]

Luckily for a man of his finesse and taste, investigating the colored object makes it decently obvious what it is—that and the fact that he's probably seen it's owner wearing it on numerous occassions. It's a red and white band, similar to a ribbon that was previously seen in a certain other noble's hair. There's no forgetting that ruby hue or the prince that wore it. ]

Well, it's free real estate now, might as well take it with him. It's just lying across the keys, correct, or is it snagged in some way?]

...Like I said. It's a crapshoot.
But let's investigate the liquid, shall we. He knows better than to try to drink it but does it at least look/smell alcoholic? Is there anything particularly distinctive about it?]

That said, though... Is there only the one glass in here? He supposes that it's possible Olivert was in here by himself and...getting shitfaced or something, but it does kind of make him wonder and he'll take another cursory look around for a moment. Is there any indication that there was someone else here?]

Shitfaced indeed. ]

Okay. Let's try not to trip over the bottles there (though they are definitely being noted) and see what's going on with the setup over here. Does it look like our piano-playing friend had any help with the vodka, is there anything left over here?

The glasses on the table are empty but the distinct smell of vodka remains in both glasses. ]

All of this is...good to know, he supposes? There's no sign of any sort of struggle in here, though, correct? Just signs that there were people in here getting drunk as hell.]
