Fine Food(?) and Music(???) Await You

[Well that was truly a heartbreaking matter, to say the least. But what follows will be important. If they crack now, there will be no telling what their future holds. So now, more than ever, it is important that they hold together.

Few seem prepared to rise to the occasion, so it is left to Olivert to prepare something truly spectacular.

As the room is prepared, he hums and serenades himself quite happily. It's a good amount of work but he doesn't seem to mind doing it himself, although he would never turn down a few extra hands if they wanted to assist.

The important thing is that the Opera House has been decorated with lights and tables and rose petals aplenty. Enough to brighten up their little gathering. Amongst the tables there is food, but considering at least some if not all of them were the prince's doing, perhaps a little caution may be in order. There is at least probably a fifty/fifty percent chance of it being an edible dish!

Outside there is a sign made up to draw their numbers in.]

Tonight, a Grand Feast, to be shared amongst friends.
Everyone is highly encouraged to attend, though it need not be mandatory.
In the darkest hours it is important for the brightest lights to shine.
If necessary, tonight that light shall be me.
Wonderful music and food will be provided, you only need bring yourself.

[ Just going to help himself into his room before walking over to the desk to peek at what Ango is writing. He's not being particularly stealthy in his endeavor, so he's already assuming Ango knows he's there and who it is.

What is he writing? ]

Snooping is rude, Dazai-kun.

[But he'll let Dazai see it if he wants. The writing should be familiar, as it looks like all of those death reports he used to fill out in their world. These two- one for Elliot, and one for Hyobu- aren't nearly as detailed as the ones from home. Not having his ability to spy on their lives makes it difficult to write about them.]

[ It is pretty familiar. There's a pause as he reads the lines. ]

Some things don't change in four years, huh?

What can I say? Having some familiarity makes all of the changes more palatable.

[Though it's slowly eating away at him too. Who knows how long he can keep the facade up.]

Of course not, she won't appreciate it. I also don't have a proper ledger to put them in. These are just notes until I find one.

Speaking of which, Dazai will be able to see what Ango is writing. He seems to be stuck on what to write about Hyobu, since he never talked to the man one-on-one. He never really got to know him that well.]

Reaching over to lightly prod Ango's cheek with a single finger. ]
