The clock strikes eight. The intermittent showers that dominated most of yesterday had, at some point during the night, escalated to a complete downpour that drenched the streets. Maybe that's why the morning might almost feel refreshing today—while it can't be said that the birds are chirping and the sun is shining brightly, the breeze is cool without being frigid while the sky is bright with the half moon.

Nevertheless. The deadline for Tuesday's motive was laid down as Friday, and amongst the pleasant earthy smell of the rain may be a tinge of something else.

Well now, how shall you spend this morning?

[Well, that happened. Overwhelmed by both relief that the incentive is no longer hanging over his head and trepidation for what else their hosts could have in store for them, Dist heads back to collect his thoughts... But on second thought, he should probably get in on the investigation too.

He'll go ahead and check the common areas by his room first. Anything to be found in the storage area?]

[ The storage room is a pretty decent area to start, and in fact it seems like something is missing from here, would your masterminds really leave with you so few buckets?

...they might, but there's less than before. How familiar is Dist with this room? ]

[He sure wouldn't put it past them... But no, fewer number of buckets is noted.

He didn't write up an inventory or anything, but he's decently familiar with it. He spent some time poking around for tools on the first day or so. Is there anything else amiss?]

[ As any good scientist should. In that case, buckets aren't the only thing that seem to be in dwindling supply here. How are you supposed to keep this place clean if there's one less dustpan too? ]

[This is an absolute tragedy!! Isn't this place drab enough? We don't need dust on top of it!!

Dist can only wonder where these things ended up...perhaps someone else managed to find them.

Is there anything else to be found in the common areas? He'll probably give the kitchen and dining area a quick sweep.]

[ We really, really don't.

The kitchen and the dining room look just as people left them this morning, so aside from perhaps a dirty dish in the sink everything's in order. Seteth has the bathrooms, which means all the general areas of Clergy Housing are accounted for! ]

[whatever. MYSTERY TIME. He might go back to the housing to scream into a pillow or something first, though, unless something catches his attention on his way inside.]

[ Mystery!!!

Setheth is able to make his way back to housing to scream all he wants and do his best impression without anything else terribly horrendous jumping out at him. Whether that means the entirety of the clergy housing is innocent is another mystery however. ]

[THAT’S IT THAT’S HIM. Alright. He’ll go and check the bathroom closest to his room after he’s done with that.]

[ This bathroom looks pristine! Nothing to see here, anywhere else you want to go? ]

[Hm! Okay, what about the other one, then?]

...well not quite, but this bathroom is different from the other one. Namely there's puddles of water on the floor. Someone should really clean up after themselves. ]

[FINALLY, A CLUE... is there anything notable about the puddles or was someone just being sloppy.]

[ Nothing really to note aside from general sloppiness. ]
