The clock strikes eight. The intermittent showers that dominated most of yesterday had, at some point during the night, escalated to a complete downpour that drenched the streets. Maybe that's why the morning might almost feel refreshing today—while it can't be said that the birds are chirping and the sun is shining brightly, the breeze is cool without being frigid while the sky is bright with the half moon.

Nevertheless. The deadline for Tuesday's motive was laid down as Friday, and amongst the pleasant earthy smell of the rain may be a tinge of something else.

Well now, how shall you spend this morning?

Regardless, the profiles are now sans any of the lovely doodles they were adorned with in the beginning of the week. They're so clean they might even sparkle. But aside from Suzaku shining like an old man star there's nothing immediately amiss. ]

[ The mastermind minds giveth and the culprit taketh? Iago will be able to reach the clothes just fine and thanks to his fashion expedition with Cumore he'll notice that the rack seems a little more empty than it was before. ]

While Dazai goes to the third floor, Raven goes up to the floor. The faces of the clocks are up there, large and round. Look at the time, it's sleuthing time. The door to the observation platform beyond the clock is open. Unlike Dazai, though, you don't find mud drops that hint anything.

The mud isn't on the floor, it's on the wall. And it's not some sort of random stain, either.

What are you going to examine?

[So, let's just get the neck out of the way, first of all. It definitely feels broken with some of the vertebrae shifted out of place and responsible for that awkward bend.

The head, though... well, it's pretty disgusting, to be honest. It's quite a large fracture more on (his) right side and close to the top of his head, and it's to the point where the skull looks kind of caved in, with some of the bone bits mixing around in the grey matter. There isn't that much as far as blood goes though, although his head is definitely still wet with rainwater.

Maybe it's some kind of miracle though considering all this, but underneath the layer of blood caking Elliot's face, his eyes are closed and the rest of his face is more or less unscathed.]

[Well, considering how much he and Cumore stole, we're going to run out of clothes at some point, aren't we...

Noted, though! That's very interesting... Is there anything off about the clothes left? Are the missing clothes from all over or is it "all the dresses are missing" or something like that?]

[The bookbag contents are... more or less the same as what was found scattered around, actually! But, y'know, cleaner. There's even a couple of knives still inside and poking a tiny hole in the corner of the bag. At least a couple of random history books were saved from the water.]

[ Well! Definitely noting that in the first sketch he drew and drawing the state his head is in... It might be a little frightening how he makes no effort to censor the head trauma. It's a quick sketch, but he still makes notes of the details all the same.

When he finishes up, he goes down and checks the chest and arms. ]

[Once Dazai approaches the windows, he'll find he can't see Elliot's body from where he is. These windows aren't even facing the main square, they're in the other direction.

The mud drops seem to stop in the middle of the room -- but following them you do reach a small lounge from where someone would sit and watch the cityscape outside. There are couches, many chairs, a table, an useless chandelier...a pleasant place to rest at, really]

Thus, he blackly parades all the way through the profiles; it's unsurprising to see that the graffiti has been scrubbed, even if it is a completely petty round of maintenance considering the state of the rest of the city. Anyway, let's look around at the stairs and general areas while we're here.

[There's no real rhyme or reason to the history books; they mostly seem to be ones that were just picked up out of interest and that were taken just because, why not, he's a free man and you can't stop him, etc.]
