He does not have a gun, nor does he have ability to use one. My own was locked into my room, he would not have had access.
While I can't exclude him with 100% certainty, I do not think there is any reason to paint him as a closer suspect right now.
As for myself... I didn't do it. You can ask me whatever to try and verify this.
